Can Vildu is a beautifully renovated Ibicencan finca set in the quiet, green hills above Sant Carles de Peralta, on the island’s unspoilt north-east. Thick whitewashed walls, an orchard of fruit trees and a long view across the countryside to the sea make it a true family retreat: room to gather, space to disappear, and the real Ibiza on the doorstep.
Space for everyone
Five bedrooms and eight beds sleep up to ten guests, and every room is air-conditioned; the thick old walls keep the house naturally cool even in high summer.
- Bedrooms: five in total. Three have en-suite bathrooms; two have an en-suite basin and WC and share a separate shower room (four showers and three baths in all).
- Beds: four doubles and a room with two bunks, comfortable for families with children.
- Connectivity: super-fast Starlink WiFi throughout, indoors and out, plus satellite TV (Dutch, German, English and French channels, Ziggo Sport) and a smart TV with Chromecast, Netflix and Disney+.
Outdoor living, Ibiza style
The garden is the heart of Can Vildu: a large heated swimming pool, shaded terraces, and an orchard where you can pick your own lemons and avocados.
- Heated pool: a generous 6 by 12 metre pool, warmed a few degrees above ambient, with lockable doors for small children and a poolside Balinese bed for a siesta or a night under the stars.
- Pool house on the spot, with its own shower and toilet, and eight sun loungers around the water.
- Two covered terraces: one with a long dining table for ten, a BBQ and a real wood-fired pizza oven; the other a relaxed seating area in the shade.
- A garden table under the trees, lit for long dinners over the orchard, and a table-tennis table for the competitive.
- Two private terraces on the first floor, one with sun loungers for complete privacy, and parking for six or more cars.
Quiet countryside, close to everything
Can Vildu sits in one of Ibiza’s most authentic corners, yet nothing is far.
- Beaches: Aguas Blancas and Cala Sant Vicent are about five minutes by car.
- Village: San Carlos, with its shops and restaurants, is a two-kilometre walk, and the famous Las Dalias hippy market is just around the corner.
- Towns: charming Santa Eulària is 8 km away and Ibiza Town about half an hour. The Ibiza golf club is roughly 15 km.
In short: a peaceful place with every comfort, in the middle of the countryside and yet with the sea on the horizon.
