What we look after
Pool & water systems
Regular pool inspections and water quality control, supervision of pool technicians, monitoring of pumps, filters, dosing systems and leaks, seasonal opening and closing, and rapid response to any water-related issue. A luxury villa pool should never be a concern, only a pleasure.
Garden & outdoor areas
Supervision of gardeners and landscaping, irrigation checks and seasonal adjustments, plant health monitoring, care of terraces, outdoor furniture and lighting, and storm preparation with post-storm inspections. Your outdoor spaces receive the same level of care as the interior.
Preventive maintenance
Regular technical inspections of electrical, plumbing, HVAC and water systems, early identification of wear, humidity or leaks, and planned preventive works instead of emergency repairs. We fix what needs fixing, and prevent what shouldn’t happen. Air conditioning units in particular need regular cleaning to keep working efficiently and to avoid the leaks a blocked condensate drain can cause.
Repairs & construction oversight
On-site supervision of repairs and works, coordination between contractors, technicians and suppliers, quality control and timeline monitoring, and practical decision-making during works. You don’t need to fly to Ibiza to make sure work is done properly.
Housekeeping & interior care
Organisation and supervision of cleaning services, regular airing and interior inspections, linen, furniture and appliance checks, and preparation of the villa before each owner stay. Owner services & island support
Vehicle maintenance and ITV coordination, keyholding and access management, deliveries and service visits, grocery shopping before arrival if requested, and management of invoices and suppliers so you don’t have to deal with local bureaucracy. Help with small tasks = big peace of mind.

What does home management in Ibiza include?
A tailored mix of preventive maintenance, pool and garden coordination, cleaning, key holding, regular property checks and supervision of any work at the house. Every home gets its own scope, agreed before we start.
How much does home management cost in Ibiza?
We work with a fixed monthly availability fee sized to your home, most often with a set number of service hours included. Beyond those, maintenance is charged at €30 per hour and cleaning at €15-20 per hour. Our rates page explains the full model.
How often do you check the property?
That depends on the home and how it is used. We agree a fixed schedule with you, add extra visits after heavy weather, and make sure the house is ready before you or your guests arrive.
Can you manage humidity and damp in an empty home?
Yes, and on Ibiza it is one of the most important reasons to have a home managed at all. Background ventilation, winter checks and early detection of moisture problems are part of how we look after closed-up houses.
What if my home is also rented out sometimes?
