Are the villas on Domundos managed by you directly?
Yes. Every villa we rent is managed end to end by our own local team, the same people who look after the owners’ properties year round. We only list villas we run ourselves.
Do you also manage homes that are not rented out?
Yes. Our home management service covers private homes with no rental guests: preventive maintenance, pool and garden coordination, key holding and regular checks, sized to how the home is used.
Which areas of Ibiza do you cover?
We work across the island, with villas and managed homes around Sant Jordi, Cala Llonga, Santa Eulària and Sant Antoni, and we assess new properties anywhere on Ibiza.
